AXIS SYLLABUS METHOD

This is a technique that addresses ‘techniques’ or ‘mechanics’ to move. Pointed anatomical and biomechanical subjects are addressed and integrated through carefully designed floor and standing phrases, coupled with improvisation and variation for you to explore and consciously apply these principles in your own dance. Understanding and experiencing the function of movement is a blissful right of passage to being able to transform the simplest proposition into an infinite range of dynamic and multi layered variations to fit your fantasy. You will be surprised by the innate creativity of your body’s physics. www.axissyllabus.com
