| A solid and simple training in CI, based on an approach that is both anatomic and poetic, allowing us to acquire physical ease and open perspectives.
We will support our work with different studies extracted from BMC and Release Techniques, to access a satisfying level of physical intelligence and connexion to the environment. At each session, we will take the time to isolate and deepen into a part of the anatomy, to thereafter reincorporate and reunify the body as a whole in the context of improvisation and weight transfers.
