Over the past twenty years, Taël has had the opportunity to explore a wide range of body–mind disciplines, including Chi Gong, yoga, contact improvisation, contemporary dance, Core Energetics, Focusing, and Authentic Movement.
Since 2015, he has been studying and teaching contact improvisation around the world and co-facilitates weekly jams in his home village.
His approach is inspired by the CI principles and movements developed by Steve Paxton as well as by Marshall Rosenberg’s “psychology of needs.”
Over the years, he has cultivated the art of guiding groups in a way that allows each participant to find their place and feel safe enough for the magic of improvisation to unfold.
