You have a workshop to offer? Please mention it to us when registering and we will contact you. Please note that there will be no compensation for offering a workshop.

VOLUNTEERING
We need volunteers for the fire, sauna, cleaning up before leaving and cooking. Everyone is expected to take one shift in the kitchen.

We need 1 or 2 chief chefs for each meal (6 in total) as well as cooks for each meal and people to clean the kitchen after each meal.
Chefs are particularly important because they are the ones who design each meal with their vision and creativity. They ensure that the food is sufficient and has a lot of variety, and they delegate the various dishes to the cooks in a team and friendly atmosphere.
Please let us know of your interest when registering.

FOOD
It’s a potluck weekend!
For those arriving on Thursday, please bring 3 meals worth of food.
For those arriving on Friday, please bring 2 meals worth of food.
Lunch and dinner are cooked as a group, for everyone, by volunteers’ chefs and cooks.

You are invited to register to help prepare a meal or clean up the kitchen.
For breakfast, everyone brings their own food.
*Please note that there is no compensation for volunteering

ACCOMMODATION
You are encouraged to camp on site (in the forest or the orchard.) Bring your camping equipment!
We have 20 beds available (singles and a few doubles for couples).
** Bed reservation is on a “first come - first serve” basis.
Please mention to us your preference when registering.
If you can camp, please choose this option as it leaves beds for those who cannot.

CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AS THERE HAVE BEEN CHANGES

Cancellation more than a week prior the event (until July 16th): 15$ penalty fee.
Cancellation between 1 week and 48h prior the event (until July 21st): Only 50% the amount you paid to register will be refunded back to you.
Cancellation less than 48h prior the event (from July 22nd): NO REFUND
Why these changes? In the last years, the last-minute cancellations gave us a lot of work and stress to deal with, we decided to put this new policy in place to encourage people to cancel ahead if you can.

An invitation to let go in a haven of peace. Dancing, experience the laws of gravity, momentum and balance, that is the contact improvisation.
