04. Vincent-Nicolas Provencher

Connected Bodies with Vincent-Nicolas Provencher
This workshop explores connection between partners through listening, conscious touch, and shared movement. We will begin by connecting to ourselves, to the floor, and to our environment, gradually moving toward connection with the dancing bodies around us. We will also explore efficient ways of moving on the floor and how to use it to maintain connection with our partners.
A fluid and safe dance emerges from proximity with others. For this reason, taking the time to sense connections and daring to play with possibilities will be at the heart of this workshop’s objectives.

02. Corinne Skaff

Gravity and Levity with Corinne Skaff
I invite you to revisit the fundamental principles of Contact Improvisation through a somatic approach, one that allows us to move with heightened awareness and respond creatively to sensations of weight and lightness. We will particularly focus on embodying gravity, as well as the grounding and momentum opportunities it brings to our dancing structure, to that of our partners, and to the shared weight situation.
We will also explore the notion of levity by learning to manage our weight and dynamic alignment in order to free the dance encounter from expectations and unnecessary weight, opening the way to uplifting surprises.

Together, these elements create a balanced space for technical clarity, playful encounters, and creative experimentation.

03. Andrea Muñitz

Hip Hip Hooray avec Andrea Muñiz
This class brings focused awareness to the pelvis and hip joints as pathways to stability, fluidity, and responsive relationship with gravity. The class begins with a brief opening circle to cover logistics, consent, and intentions, followed by an adapted Feldenkrais Pelvic Clock to ground anatomical and sensory awareness.

Participants then explore falling, traveling, and shifting through multiple planes and speeds, emphasizing the pelvis and head–tail connection. Short check-ins invite reflection and questions. The class moves into duet work focused on tracking the pelvis, weight sharing, and verbal feedback, and may expand into group composition or hip-to-hip weight-bearing practice. A closing circle concludes the session.
