It all starts with a big YES!

01. Cours CI session hiver-printemps 2025

By popular demand, we are finally bringing back Sunday morning classes after a long break!
The 1h15 session is designed to welcome beginner dancers while also providing a space for review and deepening for experienced practitioners.

A Passionate and Committed Team

We have gathered teachers who are actively involved in Contact Improvisation practice and ACI activities. Some have extensive teaching experience, while others, though new to this role, show strong potential for transmission.

To ensure pedagogical continuity, each teacher will lead two consecutive Sundays.

💰 Rates payable in cash or by e-transfer to: intcoursdimatin@contactimpro.org
Class only: $15
Class + jam: $20

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class to complete your registration.

An invitation to let go in a haven of peace. Dancing, experience the laws of gravity, momentum and balance, that is the contact improvisation.
