Description of this intensive
Contact improvisation is a partnering form and otherwise known as the art of moving spontaneously with another person. Through investigations of weight, touch, energy and momentum, contact improvisors learn to relate to their own bodies and each other in new ways.
Paying special attention to gravity, to our centre and to our stability, we will grow strong roots and send them deep to be able to fly, to fall, to catch, to support..
