05. Classe Andrew Harwood

Whilst renewing investigations of weight, touch and momentum, adept contact improvisers will learn to relate to their own bodies, each other and an audience composed of our peers in new ways.
During these sessions we will explore tumbling, flying, variable speeds, disappearance, subtle ways of moving weight, flowing through unfamiliar circumstances, and extending our personal range of movement. Through a dynamic physical collaboration of the senses, dancers will be encouraged to ride the outer edge of their physical limits while attending to the rich inner worlds of sensation, imagination and inspiration.
