Dear volunteers of the 2025 annual jam,

GRATITUDE
Organizing an event of this scale is a real challenge every year. Between the preparation, the logistical details, and the constant adjustments, nothing is left to chance. And yet, thanks to you, we have once again successfully risen to the challenge. Several participants spoke of a Feng Shui energy at this year’s event—a comment that made me smile, and one that I readily agree with despite the few ups and downs we experienced.
What touches me deeply, after 25 years of involvement, is being able to count on volunteers who have been there since the beginning, feeling the mutual support emerge as soon as things get complicated, and welcoming the inspiring energy of new people ready to improve the organization with creativity.
Next year, I would like to hand over to a new team and, ideally, encourage the formation of a BIPOC organizing committee—a vision that is particularly close to my heart.
Thank you for your dedication, your presence, and the energy you brought to this edition. Thanks to you, this jam will remain unforgettable.
