Approach: Contact Improvisation and influences of other somatic approaches are welcome.
Terhi Rasilo and Stephanie Gaudreau will be pleased to facilitate these meetings and will also be open to let you take guidance if you wish.
Espace de research will be a moment to share our skills of, for example, contact improvisation, and other somatic approaches which can propel as further in listening and being present.
These monthly meetings with specific themes will allow us to exchange with others and to deepen and nourish our practice.
