Shanthi Minor, D.O., R.Y.T. is an Osteopath, Massage Therapist, Life Coach, Somatic Educator, and Dance Facilitator. She has certifications as a Somatics + Dance Facilitator (Contact Improvisation, Feldenkrais and Massage, Focusing Massage, Authentic Movement), Yoga Teacher, Life Coach, and a longstanding dedicated personal practice of meditation, energy work, and personal growth since 2007, including 3 cumulative years of intensive practice in India. She supports and holds space for participants to explore and discover their own insights along their paths. Details HERE
Laure Marin de la Vallée is a massage therapist (Tuina), craniosacral therapist, qigong teacher, and dedicated student of Chinese medical and martial arts. They also have completed certifications in facilitating Authentic Movement and Contact Improvisation. Their primary passion is Yang Sheng (養生), the art of nourishing life. After overcoming 20 years of debilitating chronic auto-immunity through dedicated practice and lifestyle changes, Laure is committed to accompanying others on their own path.
