1. Foundation and Discovery in Contact
Weekly classes in Contact Improvisation - Open to all

Contact improvisation is a physical conversation in almost
perpetual motion. It’s "child’s play" that lets you rediscover
your basic link to gravity and space. It’s a form of dance in
which you develop presence with yourself and the other as
100% intuitive, incarnate beings.

These workshops are intended for contactors with
substantial experience who wish to refine their skills.
At the magnificent Shoshin Aikido Montreal Dojo

The tatami is a perfect tool for practicing CI. It allows us
to take risks, to come to terms with rebounding, and to
augment suspension. In these workshops, we will explore
how to take flight into each other in order to become
fluent, free sculptors of space and present time.
