FLOW OF THE DAY

ARRIVAL : 9:15 am - 9:45 am
A moment to gently arrive, prepare your body and gather with the community.

OPENING CIRCLE and MORNING JAM SESSION : 9h45 am
We encourage you to be on time for the opening circle at 9h45, as starting this special event together will harmonize our intentions and collective jam experience. Andrew, Valerie, Vincent-Nicolas, and Cachou will share some words about the primary intention and the support role of a jam through witnessing.

Following the opening circle, Corinne Skaff will lead us through a beautiful, embodied awareness session guiding our bodies into an open jam.

AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES, JAM and CLOSING CIRCLE
In the afternoon, there will be a video screening of Steve Paxton and Lisa Nelson sharing with us their curiosities and thoughts about contact-improvisation then and now.

Stéphanie Gaudreau will guide us through a session to awaken our minds and put our bodies in motion, preparing us for the afternoon jam which will be punctuated by the practice of a “Round Robin” led by Andrew Harwood.
