Body Re-Education & Technique Class Taught by visiting choreographer Rosy Simas

Gratuit/Free

Friday, January 11th, 15h-17h

Studio 303

In this class we will approach alignment from both anatomical and body-felt viewpoints. Working on the deep structural level, we move towards gaining support through muscular and skeletal connections for moving through space. Classes are designed to aid the individual in getting the most out of what they have, helping the student move with greater ease, efficiency and power. We align the bones by using the muscles most responsible for the transfer of forces through the body.

In the second half of class we will take the Body Re-Education work into movement.
