Being in touch with another person involves creating a nourishing environment that allows us to establish greater intimacy, develop openhearted exchanges, build our confidence, and communicate clearly. Contact Improvisation is a rather sophisticated language that requires that the body, mind and creative spirit meet without hesitation in the moment of the dance.

During these sessions, we will focus on the exquisite quality of our touch and the various textures of physical contact with others, which conveys our intention and our desires, while savoring the presence of time and space in a heightened state of instantaneous creativity. This approach inspires connectivity between subtle inner perceptions and external action leading to authentic encounters and lively, joyful exchanges. A luscious touch is also a state being that generates a relaxed alertness that is naturally filled with energy.
