The focus jam is organized by Catherine Lessard and follows her Contact improv class.
Contact improvisation is a physical conversation in almost perpetual motion. It’s "child’s play" that lets you rediscover your basic link to gravity and space. It’s a form of dance in which you develop presence with yourself and the other as 100% intuitive, incarnate beings.
