How do I use RSS?
To use RSS, you will need a special RSS newsreader or aggregator that will allow you to collect and display RSS service. RSS newsreaders allow you to view the services you select all together in the same place and, by automatically retrieving updates, stay current with new content soon after it is published.
There are many different newsreaders available, many for free. Most newsreaders are applications that you download and install. Some others are web-based services you sign up for that work inside your browser.
After setting up your newsreader, you will be ready to use Newswise RSS. To subscribe to Newswise RSS, right-click (PC) or control-click (Mac) on one of the channels and select “Copy Shortcut” or “Copy Link Location” to copy the location (URL) of the service. Follow the instructions for your particular newsreader, and then paste this location wherever it asks for the location of the service you wish to subscribe to.
